  the staff was fluent in english and at times overly helpful. everything was in its place and there were no surprises.. front desk and cocierge were very polite and efficient. the room and its service was impecable, extremely high standards and priced right. the one exception might be the room photo shown on the web site is not exactly what you get but its still a great value and pleasant...no regrets...
