  Our room was very clean and nicely appointed, the bed was wonderful, so comfortable I wish we could have taken it home! The location in the Town Center was like being in a small village, lot's of shops and goodies. However, we asked to be on the floor 3 or 4, and got floor 2, i said nothing because we had driven 19 hours , it was late and we were tired. We asked for extra towels, there was just one on arrival night. We also asked for a microwave and fridge, and extra coffee. None of that was provided. The management was very sorry. All in all, I woud stay there again, but be more vocal about our requests.

  I agree with the person who was unhappy to have to pay for parking...i was unhappy that the hotel charged $ for wireless internet/long distance phone use. i can ...

  I agree with the person who was unhappy to have to pay for parking...I was unhappy that the hotel charged $ for wireless internet/long distance phone use. I can get wireless internet for free at the el cheapo chains, why not Marriott?

  After paying so much for the room, they still will charge you for parking. when you want to know why, no one will answer your questions and the front desk ...

  After paying so much for the room, they still will charge you for parking. When you want to know why, no one will answer your questions and the front desk will laugh at you and tell you ""too bad"". Stay there if you want to, but they will never get a dime from me again. I am from Chicago and people here are not even that rude.

  A great stay, comfortable beds, well-decorated rooms. you must pay for parking, which i don't like, but i guess you can't have everything.
