I'll keep this short -- No soap the first day, no clean towels the second day, bad pillows, uncomfortable bed, no wireless internet as advertised. And how long does Best Western get to advertise this hotel as "new" on their website -- it's been here for 3 years, and is showing serious signs of wear.

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Garden Inn and Suites. The king-sized bed was especially comfortable. We liked that this hotel was off of the main road and away from the noise of the city traffic. We also liked the convenience of a microwave and refrigerator in the room since the hotel didn't have a restaurant. The continental breakfast offered cereal, muffins, toast and waffles along with fruit, juices and coffee. The only problem we encountered was that our room keys wouldn't work on the exterior doors so we had to use the front doors but we really didn't mind since we were on the first floor anyway. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Very enjoyable stay. Hotel was new and clean. The staff was very friendly. Only complaint was the elevator needs a little work; it makes some funny noises when it stops on a floor. I plan to stay here on my next visit to Atlanta.
