Was on vacation with Mom. Didn't want to be tired out from driving for 6 to 7 hours from SF bay area/Tracy to Anaheim. We were planning on doing some Disneyland activities on Thursday night, so wanted to be rested up for that night. Buttonwillow is a truckers stop, so several places to eat.. sit down, fast food, cafe.
A great Mexican resaurant next door called Tita's. Ate ther for dinner..good Mexican/Salvidorian food. The Willow Inn offers a free breakfast at Country Buffet, just down the street with a coupon. There are 3 choices for the free breakfast or get $* of the breakfast buffet.
Next to the freeway, so depending on where your room is or if you are a light sleeper, may be noisey from all the trucks going by. Nice swimming pool, didn't get to use it though, so not sure how warm the water was (forgot my swm suit).
You are in the middle of no where, so not much else around. No stores around except the truck stop store.
Hotel has a laundry room, only 1 washer was working but none of the dryers were on the night we stayed. Rooms were good sized, had drapes but not sheers. -

09/28/2006Do not stay in this motel! poor service, lost my reservation, reeks of dirt and oilfields, torn pillows, stained sheets and towels, rattling air conditioner, within 40 yards of freeway.
