For the four days I stayed the sleep was comfortable. The room was small. The maid service was very good. the room was clean though a little run down from age. Overall the stay was okay. The shereton is across the way and I could not get a room there, so I stayed here.

Our room was to have a King size bed and we had a large room with one double bed! The they gave us a smoking room that smelled bad and when we walked in the light did not work. There was a hole in my pillow cases and hair all over my husbands pillow cases yuck. My daughter got brush burns on her elbow from the sheets being rough. The window was open when we got to our room and when we turned the air conditioning on, mold, dust and horrible smells came out of it. Cleanliness was at its worst, the carpeting was old and unclean. The walls were dirty. we did not eat the breakfast offered because the room was smelly. The poor girl at the front desk was trying her best but what can you do when you do not have much to work with.

I was staying here during a college festival and will never stay here again. Half of the group of about 50 people had to switch rooms multiple times because the rooms were infested with bed bugs. Those suffering with bites had to remove themselves from the festival. More than once toilets broke. One toilet overflowed and feces was left in the carpet after requesting it was cleaned. Most of the other guests that were not involved with our festival were sketchy and most women were uncomfortable leaving or entering the hotel alone. Also, there was never hot water until about noon everyday. It was also difficult communicating with staff because most could not speak English very well, and would leave notes taped to the tv saying they wouldn't make beds if people were going to leave pajamas on the bed Lastly, worst stay ever! I left the festival one day early because i couldn't take the bad smalls throughout the hotel and the weird mystery stains on all the linens and towels.

Well to behonest i have been to a lot of hotels but this one beats all of them in service, cleaniness, great response from the staff and also free wired and wireless internet and also microwave and fride in the room that was a plus!!
