Stayed overnight returning from CO vacation. Staff and hotel were wonderful. Room was large, clean and pleasant. Staff helped with any questions or needs without delay. We'd definately stay again.

We returned for the second night of our stay to find that our two-night reservation had been canceled and our room had been given away. The front desk said that since they didn't see any luggage in the room, they assumed we had checked out. So much for guarranteed reservations. They promised to cover our second night at another hotel. We had to repeatedly call back to get reimbursed for the lost night. All we got was a worthless coupon for a free night at the Holiday Inn Express in Newton. Aside from that, the smoking room smelled terrible. We won't be returning.

Holiday Inn Express just moved to this building 4 days ago. We had a reservation and were using the directions in the Holiday Inn directory. No mention was made that the place had moved when we made the reservation, and the local number was not transferred to the new location. The prices on the vending machine and the cost of the product were different, when I mentioned this to the desk clerk the only response I got was I'll let the handy man know.
