Went to AC for a few days on 3 city tour. read reviews for this hotel and decided it was right for us. We drove to A.C. sunday of Memorial Day weekend. Traffic was so heavy that what should have been a 2 hour trip ended up as 3 1/2 hour trip. We had tickets to see a show that evening and didn't have time to check in to the hotel before hand because of traffic. I called them to say we would be checking in late after the show was over. We were told that we couldnt check in because a pipe burst in our room and they had no other rooms available. It was 7:00 PM and NO ONE HAD CALLED US TO TELL US THIS even though we left them our cell phone number in case of emergency. They told us we could stay down the street at a motel the company owned if we wanted to or find somewhere else to stay. We didn't know where else to go so agreed to stay at the motel. The staff member we talked to gave us the wrong address to the motel so we had to drive to the Comfort Inn after the show to find out where to go ( at 1 AM). I was very upset and was told that we would be given a free nights stay at the hotel and that the manager would call us the next day with an update on our room. The manager never called and we were never re-imbursed for the cost of the room as we had prepaid. In total we paid $270 to stay 2 nights in a budget motel instead of hotel we paid for. I've never had such poor customer service in my life!!!!!!

09/24/2007There was no "fitness center". there was only a room with a treadmill & a bike...not what i would consider a fitness center. i was very disappointed.

X, at your front desk, went out of his way to be helpful to me. I was injured in an auto crash and needed extra assistance during my stay. X was patient, made taxi arrangements, and many other small but deeply appreciated amenities. He is a blessing from your establishment

I just wanted to say a quick thank you to your hotel team for providing me with a home away from home during my two week stay in Absecon. They were helpful in providing me with local attractions, restaurants, and even typewritten directions all over the place. Your indoor pool, and fitness room helped me feel more comfortable while I was there as well. The best thing of all was the hot breakfast and free internet! WIRED AND WIRELESS! Thanks again!!
