  Room had mildew and stains. Wife refused as unacceptable. Clerk apologized. Family found another hotel, said to contact travel service re: refund. When contacted for refund, mgr flat out lied and said another room was offered and rejected. Absolute lie. Disgusting room and VERY disgusting service by mgmt. Plenty of nice hotels in Roseburg. Do not lose money on this one.

  Rooms are nice for the price. pool was clean and larger than some. biggest complaint is the continental breakfast, nothing more than muffins and toast. also had a mouse trap ...

  Rooms are nice for the price. Pool was clean and larger than some. Biggest complaint is the continental breakfast, nothing more than muffins and toast. Also had a mouse trap in the bathroom, kinda scary. Even with these problems I would stay again.
