The room is fine for the money but the noise level is horrible! I stayed on the first floor and could hear foot steps from the floor above in the late nights. All day long and early in the morning, you can hear people slam their doors as they leave the rooms. There should be some kind of anti-slam mechanism on every door. The noise IS very annoying! The breakfast leaves alot to be desired. The selections are very limited. House keeping did not do a very good job of cleaning the room of trash and coffee cups. Bathroom floor did not get sweeped, ...

You will enjoy staying at this hotel, especially if you are travelling alone. It is conveniently located to shopping and resturants. The staff was very nice and warm. The service was great and the hotel was VERY CLEAN. A large breakfast is included, I loved the waffle maker.

I loved this hotel, the rooms were big and very comfortable. Great location, there is all kinds of food located in the shopping plaza walking distance from the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We went to South Carolina for our brother's graduation from the Marines at Parris Island. The hotel had directions at the desk and we were about 20 minutes away.

My wife and I were guests at this location last week and on Thursday night, 10/23/08 my back went out. My wife called the desk about midnight and the staff responded so fast and with so much help. It was fantastic!!! Never, and I say never in all my travels has a hotel staff helped so much to do everything to make me comfortable and also to put my wife at ease. I want to thank the staff of Comfort Suites Bluffton S.C. for all they did for us . They were great, and may God bless each and every one of them. It feels good to know their are still people in this world who will go out of their way to help a stranger in need. Thank You--Thank You Ken Itzkowitz Scranton Pa

My wife and I were guests at this location last week and on Thursday night, 10/23/08 my back went out. My wife called the desk about midnight and the staff responded so fast and with so much help.
