I stayed here on a short business trip. Staff is really not helpful if you can even find them. The word express means nothing to them. Fairly new hotel, area lacking on eating places but within 5 miles you can go downtown. I did use the business center and it is typical for all express hotels. The meeting rooms must have been confused by the front desk vs the business center for the previous reviews. Not a bad deal for the area. The area is in the industrial park area. I will be staying again in several weeks for the week. Beats the older BW downtown area.

Manager gave me a great deal on a very nice room. Staff hangs over you when you attempt to partake in the mediocre continental breakfast. When I asked to see the business office the woman asked, ""What for?"" She told me that it's not for guests, and that they rent it out to the public for $250 a day. (She later told my associate that it is $150 a day.)
