The front desk staff was wonderfull only because I was speaking with them several times a day because of issues with housekeeping and saftey issues. Our rrom was on the 4th floor, it had no screen and the window open all the way. I was traveling with a small child who could have easliy fallen outfor that matter an adult could have. The maids woke me up every moring but 1 until I requested a privacy sign for the door. Then they did not even clean the room. I had a three hour time change and they were usally gone by 11. so most of the time my room was never clean. The first night I stayed there, I took a shower and the bathroom mirror steamed up and a guest prior to me put on the mirror "clean me" ,The housekeeping department of two are rude and need to be replace and I tried to reach corpoate on this matter and they have yet to return my calls.

We stayed in this hotel 3 nights. The first day they did not clean the room. The second day the cleaning crew showed up around 8:30 and kept coming back wanting to clean the room and argued with us when we asked them to come back later. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Upon leaving requested that they bring a luggage cart up. They called back and said they were too busy. I went down to get the cart and three staff were behind the desk doing nothing. When I came back, two of them were outside smoking.
