First the hotel did not have my reservations and acted as if it was my fault. They had a room but i got little sleep because the room doors slam shut every time some one goes in or comes out of their room. The blow dryer caught on fire when i turned it on. I was able to put it out no problem and asked the front desk to take care of it while i was out. When i returned they had removed the faulty dryer but didn't replace it so i had to ask for another one. The next morning as i was getting dressed the maid thought it would be ok to let herself in after i had already asked her to comeback after i checked out. Turns out that the operator on the 800 number made the reservations i needed in Tupelo, MS for Tulsa, OK. And yes they charged me for a "no show" in OK. After two days of phone calls i got them to take the charges off my credit card.

I stay here at least once a month. I've noticed in the past 3 months, the rate keeps increasing. It's really nice, but a bit pricey. The breakfast is good, but could be more filling.

I recently stayed here on a business trip - LOVED IT. It was clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was really good and free. The italian resturant next door DO NOT MISS (try to get X - he was great) Would come back again in a second.
