Staff is very helpful and kind. Breakfast selection is great. I made a mistake on the type of room I reserved, and staff was very helpful in changing it during check in along with helping me with some problems with the phone. Was very impressed by the fact that there was a HUGE party going on in the hotel while we were staying there, and the sound quality was so great that we didn't even know there was a party until we walked downstairs to go to the pool. Only criticism, mattresses are hard, but not bad enough that I would choose somewhere else instead. Would recommend to anyone!

The hotel was great. It was quiet after a long drive and clean. The rooms are very large. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff were very helpful. We had trouble getting to the hotel and when we called we were given exact directions. They even had out registration out and waiting for us when we got to the hotel. The next morning we need to print out directions home and the printer was out of paper; the staff were very quick to get us the paper we needed. Top notch!!!

We enjoyed our stay here. We were visiting the old historic Hannibal when we were here and it was about 10 minutes from the hotel. The pool and hot tub was excellent along with the free hot breakfast. The breakfast was buffet style with all the fixings. We would most definitely stay here again.

Our family reunion is held in Hannibal every year. We love this hotel! Even though it is a "bit pricey" it is worth the few extra $$$ to stay in this clean hotel with a great staff! The breakfast buffet is DELICIOUS and HUGE with great variety...there is something for everyone. The pool and hottub area is great, the kids love it! The rooms are clean and big and beds are comfortable. It is a little ways from town (5 min or so drive); we like that as it is quiet and dark at night so we can get a good night's sleep. We stay here every summer when our reunion is held.
