  Manager with an attitude - does not know how to talk to guest. Someone broke into a guest room from the orchards and stole some stuff from the room. I felt sorry for the guest, but not the manager. Front desk person says he his always mean to people - doesn't matter if it is guest with a problem or staff.

  Best Western Grapevine Inn is the best place to stay when traveling through the Yakima Valley. It is still considered a new facility with excellent air conditioned rooms, for those 100 and above degree days. Decent indoor pool and hot tub. The management provides excellent continental breakfast.
