  We stopped by on our way to Guadalajara in July, and stopped by this Hotel for the night to rest our heads. Fair prices, decent rooms, and initially good front desk service. We had a truck load of gifts, and clothes in a trailer, and on a roof mounted travel case, and askled the security guard about safety of our items. he told us that he was there all night and he would watch things for us. Everything was strapped down, and secured but of course not locked. When we woke up early in the morning, we noticed that some bags were taken, and of course there was no security guard around. He just so happen to leave early that day, and during a window of possible theft he was helping another guest at about 5 am. It was like pulling teeth in getting the Hotel to act upon this, and they wanted us to stay for the next couple of days to fill out the paper work needed to file a report knowing that who in the heck would stay again. It just so happened that another guest had their things stolen as well, and then the Hotel took control. They called in the Guard, and finnaly paid us some money for our loss and trouble, but Just don't stay there. There are tons of other Hotels near by that you can choose from.
