  Hotel is 3 years old but looked like just a year old. Free breakfast great. In a small small room had 2 computers and printer for free use of internet. Great since didn't want to drag my laptop along on vacation. Beds very comfortable. Had fridge and microwave. Clean and nice bathrooms. Cherry Blossoms in bloom in May. The Newport Mansions are fantasitc. Drive time about 10 minutes away from hotel. Grocery store and Walgreens in walking distance. Will return to hotel.
