  Front desk friendly? Yes, and spoke English/Spanish Room Service Quick? Yes Hotel clean? Yes Location? Next to a mall which was good, but not a scenic area elsewhere. Weight room? Yes, but very small. Pool? Yes, but didn't use. Looked clean. I would stay there again if needed but would rather try a different hotel to get a different experience especially in a better area.
