  We didn't get into the hotel until 1 am, and staff was very accommodating. Room was very small and we had a difficult time getting the bags in the room. It was clean but the bed was a standard, something I am not used to.

  The staff was friendly & helpful. The pool could use a cleaning even in off season time. Very nice and well kept. We all enjoyed the wonderful continental breakfast! Not just cereal, milk and yogurt! An excellent location to shopping & dining. Rates were very reasonable!

  We have stayed here 3 times so far while in Jacksonville. Once for 6 nights. We had not one problem while here. None of the loud weekend Marines having fun that we have heard about. Breakfast was good. Service was good. Housekeeping was very nice and always helpful. We are about to book rooms again for his homecoming and haven't even considered another hotel. We stayed 1 night in a "presidential suite" at twice the rate at another hotel in town and this room was much better at half the price. Defiately a good location, and a nice hotel at a good price.

  Great hotel! Keep up the place! Someone burnt the carpet and the furniture is too big for the rooms! I enjoyed my stay and will stay again. This was a pleasure/ great location! Thanks for the peanuts!

  Stayed at this hotel twice within a month, ran into the same problem twice concerning front desk service and lack of follow-up. requests for roll-aways not met. reservation ...

  Stayed at this hotel twice within a month, ran into the same problem twice concerning front desk service and lack of follow-up. Requests for roll-aways not met. Reservation requested them, both visits still had to ask front desk, beds delievered 3-4 hours later. Front desk service entertaining personal friends rather than meeting guests needs. Lack of contact or follow-ups fmor management concerning other issues.
