  I utlilized the on-line concierge service to request a few things in advance. We checked in without incident, however, many of my pre registration requests were not on file and not fulfilled. So, just word to the wise...ask for what you need extra as you physically check in. Our room was very nice, clean and cool when we walked in. We had a king room with a pull out loveseat and requested a roll a way bed. The pull out did not have bed linens, so we called to request them. The attendant brought them very quickly and was pleasant. All hotel workers were very nice and accomodating. We were new in town and at first decided to eat in the hotel restaurant. We had all looked at the menu in our room and decided what to have once we sat down. We were told upon check in that the restaurant opens at 5pm. We arrived in the lobby at 5:30pm ready to dine. We were met with a "This Section Closed" sign on the entire restaurant seating. When asked, the concierge let us know that because the hotel was only at 40% capacity, they had only one waitstaff and she was subbing as the bar tender across the lobby. He stated that we could eat dinner at the bar...there were two to three couches...side tables...or we could literally eat at the bar. He suggested that b/c we had six in our party that we could sit across the lobby in the closed section and the waitress could come over from time to time to serve us and check on us. We thought better of this and left to search out a suitable restaurant for our celebration. All in all, a nice stay for the $$. Would stay there again.

  My husband and I did not pick this hotel (it was a conference pick). The outside is very well kept-I think it is a new facility. The lobby is nicely decorated and the dining facilities are right there in the lobby. The room was very small but clean. The bed is awful-so hard! The pillows were tiny and the sheets barely covered the bed (we played tug of war all night). The street noise is bad- and the city bus runs very early-we could hear it. The inside noise was also very bad. The door had a space under it big enough that I could slide my slippers under it, When your neighbors are in the hallway, you hear them and all their conversations. The maid service was polite and tried to be quiet. All in all I think you can do better.
