  My boyfriend and I reserved the hot tub suite here last night for valentines day. THREE WEEKS IN ADVANCE. after driving an hour to get here, we are told our room was over booked. We could get a regular, non suite room for a whole 10 percent off. ruined my valentines day plans. we just decided to go home to our own bed since we really only wanted the room for a nice big bath. THe ppl at the desk didn't even try and set things right. horrible place!

  I stayed their passing thru, only to find a diamond in the ruff of the WV hills. Stay was excellent, people were very courtious and friendly, James, was very knowledgable and professional, he assisted us with restaurant info, freeway info, and local pharmacy. He made a snowy stop sunny. I highly reccommend this hotel to anyone who may find themself in this area. JPG
