I frequently come to Eloy to jump at Skydive Arizona so I have stayed in a bunch of the hotels in the area and the Red Roof Inn is BY FAR THE WORST! I am not picky about hotels, in fact, when I skydive I frequently camp but if I am going to pay for a hotel room I want one that is at least clean and at the Eloy Red Roof I have been through 4 rooms to get one that is even passable -- and trust me, it still IS NOT good! Of the skydivers jumping with me this weekend, there were three other groups that stayed here and they all had similar issues such as: (1) toilet(s) don't flush, (2) no smoke detectors in the rooms (pretty sure this is illegal); (3) no hot water; (4) dirty sheets and towels (truly gross); (5) A/C doesn't really work; (6) door handle(s)/locks broken; (7) housekeeping is terrible --they turn off the A/C so when you get back to your room it is hot, they don't actually clean the room (hair and other dirt left in the sink & tub), did not once replace kleenex, toilet paper & cups in the room, did not actually change the towels just re-hung the wet ones... I talked to the owner about the issues and he clearly does not care that his hotel is dirty, poorly run, and has very few (if any acceptable rooms)... I have no idea how the Red Roof franchise allows this place to remain in its chain. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The worst property in Red Roof Inn's chain. It features the western hemispheres slowest desk clerk. Bring something to read during check in-preferably War And Peace as you will spend most of your visit in the lobby hoping for a key. The price is outrageous for the deplorable conditions-fools only please!

Stayed one night because it was close to Skydive Arizona. Room was filthy and full of flies. Refrigerator was off, open, and full of dirty towels. We slept on top of the sheets in our clothes. The exterior door appeared to have been kicked in at some point as it had been repaired with a cheap piece of board glued to what had been a huge hole. I'd sleep on a wet floor of a bathroom in a run-down gas station before I'd ever stay at this place again.
