This hotel is very nice, clean and up to date/classy decor. Only problem was booked a 2 bed room, got a king (this is because of some problem through online travel website where I went to edit room then cancelled out and it somehow cancelled my room and rebooked a king? not sure why I wouldn't do that with a husband and two kids!). They brought a cot which was very comfy and they brought up immediately! Location is great, very nice beach area (water not so nice but, that isn't hotel's problem). Pool great for younger kids (5 & 7) they had a blast and it was nice and close to room with 2nd floor access. Breakfast was pretty good but very very crowded, no place to sit. This was on a Sunday morning so, I understand why so busy but, they should have more room for seating at this busy time. Room service is quick as it is from the attached Green Mill restaurant so also excellent selection. We will definately stay here again!

Awesome stay at the Hampton Inn . The kids loved the pool area, in door out door hot tub and pool play area. I can not remember staying at a cleaner motel. The room was spacious, well stocked and the beds were very nice. The motel was quiet and on a beautiful lake view setting. We will be staying in this Hampton Inn again!

We travel to Bemidji several times a year to visit family. I have stayed in other motels up there but none compare to the Hamption. You pay a few more dollars but it is well worth it. Excellent pool and a Kids pool also. There is also a resturant in the hotel. It is very clean and the rooms are well maintained. The hotel is about 5 years old as for the others they are at least 15 or older. Spend the few dollars extra and stay in a nice room with a comfortable bed.
