The service was great the two night that we were there. I wish I could remember her name as she deserves a raise. We would stay there again. We need a new mattress at home and wish we had looked to see what kind of mattress the hotel had!

We picked the HIE because of past experiences with other facilities. We were going to have an extended stay and wanted something comfortable. As always they didn't disappoint. Their beds are the most comfortable I have ever had in a hotel. I particularly enjoy the triple sheets. They are high quality and fresh smelling. The staff goes above and beyond to make you comfortable. We enjoyed talking with Kimberly, the breakfast manager every morning when we came for breakfast. I will be booking a room here on return visits. Keep up the good work.
