The staff at this hotel was better then some 5 star hotels I have stayed at. They went out of their way to familiarize myself with the area. There are many eating places and shopping all around the area. I am a female business traveler, and I felt very safe. I was able to upgrade to a very nice suite which was perfect for my visitors. I am planning a return trip soon and I am looking forward to staying here again.

The room was fairly comfortable and front desk staff were pleasant and professional. The bathroom tub had visible mold in a number of areas. The air conditioner had difficulties when we first arrived. They were rapidly fixed, but the maintenance person had significant difficulties communicating in English. The pool room is heated, not the pool, which is FREEZING cold. None of the adults in our party could tolerate the temperature (although the children were only moderately bothered.) The hot tub is nice, as is the fitness room.
