  Beautiful historic hotel, WILD nightlife at the Polo Tavern, Excellent hot breakfast buffet included in room rate. But - if you're travelling w/ young kids, no pool, not a real kids environment. It took about 10 min for hot water to reach our room once the water was turned on. The room itself was not well-restored as it could've been for the price. Location for town/ horse events is excellent. All employees/service excellent. If just my husband and I , I'd come back again, but not w/ kids.

  The staff here is wonderful. i come to aiken and park at the hotel and walk everywhere. i love coming here! the bar is such a fun spot!
