  Staff tried to be helpful but hotel was filthy.
  we left disgusted after killing bugs in the room we were given.
  we will never use this hotel again.

  The Mercure Hotel , Narita has one of the bestCustomer Service I have experienced. They went beyond their services than just helping us in the hotel. One person in particular helped us out the most. I went with a a couple friends of mine and we're from Guam, so being in Japan was different, especially weather. But X helped us out by telling us the good places to go and overall her kindness and personality made us feel comfortable to be there. She really welcomed us.
