I stayed at this motel last year with no problems and actaully had a pleasant experience. This year was entirely different story. I made my reservations throught an online travel website in February for my stay in August. This is an annual trip with a group of friends on motorcycles. I called on Wednesday to confirm my resrevation for Fri & Sat Aug 15-16th and was told I had reseravtion for Fri only! I told clerk I need Sat per my original res but was told the motel was booked up. I sent email to the online travel website who responed 1 week after res! I made res at differnt mote for Sat. I told best freind to check his res & they confirmed his. When I arrived at Cedars after riding 300 miles in 100 degrees I was handed bill for 2 nights! I told Clerk X I already made other res based on false infor given to me Wed. She told me they would not charge me for Sat. I thought great I can stay at Cedars with buddes and only get charged for 1 night. X said no, she cancel my Sat night & I stay at other motel! I stayed but was mad no compensation was offered for thier mistake. But they had no record for my friend who had been confirmed for 2 nights! Finally they just gave him a room! Terrible experience so next year we'll be staying elsewhere!

This hotel was very difficult to get in and out of from the main road. Hotel amenities were not as listed. Fitness center was not a "center", but a few pieces of equipment, with no heat and room keys were not able to get you into center. You had to obtain one from the front desk and none were available. Exit stairways were unheated and very cold as weather outside was 25 degrees. Pool itself was nice, but chemicals seemed to be out of balance. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of drinks, cereal, breads, waffles, eggs.
