Front desk was AWESOME. APRIL was very helpful and went out of her way to help. Place was nice and clean and staff was wonderful. Only down side is the wireless internet was shakey.

Great place to stay overall. The rooms are very pricey for what you get, but this is clearly the best place to stay within Rehoboth Beach. Excellent location, great pool area and poolside (kinda) bar are the highlights of this establishment. The housekeeping is a little "iffy", as this past stay I had to request multiple times to have my towels replaced and picked up. Customer Service is generally acceptable. Until something better comes along, this will be the location of choice for me while in Rehoboth.

Booked an oceanfront room - received a PARTIAL view of the ocean - but also a FULL view into my room by other rooms adjacent to my balcony and vice-versa (less than 5 feet away)? they still charge full price for an ""oceanfront"" when forcing someone to close their curtains if they want privacy while in their room sleeping, or whatever- great view! - manager refused a discount for the inconvenience - instead told me it's my problem - GREAT SERVICE SANDS! Way to show how much you care about the comfort of your guests!
