  First, amenities for this room listed air conditioning, but, there was none. Although there was a nice breeze outside, that breeze never reached our room. Our host suggested to us that we keep the bedroom door open to the common room so that we could get a breeze. We did not feel comfortable doing that. Second, the blinds to the sliding glass doors did not close properly, so there was a complete lack of privacy. Third, our ""hosts"" showed no interest in our comfort. They never gave us a tour of the common areas, asked if the room was to our liking, did we need anything, etc.
