hard to find a WORSE hotel
07/24/2007This is the worse hotel anyone can imagine:
1 - rooms are very dirty, had terrible smell. apparently the cleaning staff used a lot of disinfectant to overide the bad ...This is the worse hotel anyone can imagine:
1 - Rooms are very dirty, had terrible smell. Apparently the cleaning staff used a lot of disinfectant to overide the bad smell of MOLD.. carpets are also very dirty.
2 - Staff members are extremely RUDE and unhelpful. When we complained, they pretended they did no speak any English, or used a heavy Indian accent to mask it.
We also witnessed a family that was basically kicked out of the room, because the sataff made a mistake not to bill their credit card an extra night. When they came back their keys did not work, and they were not able to get it the room. Eventually they were given a new room, but many of their personal items were stolen or thrown away. This is totally unacceptable.
The staff dit not even apologize or offer to compensate for the guest's losses.
3 - The so-called breakfast is disgusting, and extremely rushed. We arrived at the dinning hall at 10 minutes before 9 AM, only to find that hardly anyitems were left. We also say the cleaning lady putting things away. There was not coffe or tea, no beigals or cakes. When we complained to the manager, he brought some frozen items, but said nothing to the cleaning lady who was ask removing the toaster. Other guests were outraged, and ready to check out, NEVER TO COME BACK TO THIS HORRIBLE HOTEL !
DON"T SUPPORT THIS ! FIND ANOTHER HOTEL< EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO PAY MORE -
look out!

Room had a distinct smell of mold or something rotten. Staff was unfriendly and reluctant to help us when our key card did not work. Instead, accusing us of ""Not knowing how to use it"". It isn't rocket science, is it??? Don't waste your money. Stay 10 miles farther if need be, rather than at this motel.

Sweaky floor
05/01/2007We were in a 1st floor room and the upstairs neighbor paced all night, this caused the cealing to sweak so lowdly we were awake 1/2 the night. also ...
