I stayed at this hotel last Spring and really liked it-but this last visit was totally different. In the first room the cable would not work, we had very noisy neighbors into the night, and the shower would not hold a water temp-cold then hot. Thought I would take a bath instead-the stopper was not connected at all to the bath. Also-no refrigerator. After much complaining the management agreed to give us another room. This room was very damp-and cold. Also there was not a refrigarator. the hot breakfast consisted of Danish, muffins, some apples, cold cereal and a waffle maker. The coffee was not good, the milk was left setting out and hot. The pastries were good. The dining area was dirty, and did not appear to be cleaned for the three nights we were there. After talking to someone at the front desk, I found out the motel had changed hands. Too Bad-it was better with the old owners. I will not go back.

I stayed at Quality Inn while doing some work in Gainesville and my stay was great, the service was top class and staff is just a joy to be around and the my room was very clean and nice, and what hit the spot even mare was the breakfast cooked to order for free, i recommend this hotel to everybody.

This hotel is in bad need of repairs, cleanup and total revitalization. I think it should be closed and completely redone. Everything from the outside down to a problem with the hot water pipes need to be addressed.
