  I stayed at this hotel because of the price & the location to Washington DC. First off the room smelled a little. Then we learned that we had to return our dirty towels to the front desk daily to get clean ones. Also we were informed by one employee that we only got free coffee packets for the coffe maker on the first day then we would have to purchase additional ones from the vending machine (the other employees gladly gave us more free coffee). They only clean the room once a week or at checkout. The beds were a bit hard. The nice thing was that they have a laundry facilities we could use. Overall the price made up for most of the inconvience. It would be nice to inform customers on their website of the towels & cleaning beforhand.

  Bit surprised at the $4.99 charge. didn't work at first, but a quick call to their 800 number for customer service resolved the problem.
