The motel is advertised as having a pool. I had my two grandchildren with me and they were very excited about being able to use it after a long day of travel but we found out at check in that the pool was out of commission and had not been opened this year because of mechanical issues. The check in clerk told me that it was supposed to be noted on the web site but it still advertises a pool. I feel that I should be compensated for this error.

We book two rooms with two double beds. When we got to the hotel, they gave us two rooms with one bed in each. They where un willing to try to accomadate us, they were very rude and said it wasn't there problem. Half of our party had to go stay at another hotel. I have never been treated so badly at any hotel.

Fine Hotel in Small Town
You don't go on vacation to stay in a motel anyway .. this motel is fine for it's size and amenities .. bath facilities need to be updated, ...
You don't go on vacation to stay in a motel anyway .. this motel is fine for it's size and amenities .. bath facilities need to be updated, but other than that it's FINE. Will stay again in Sept 07.
