overall the hotel stay was not good at all there. Was no services pervided that we saw the pool had no water the dryer was broken with no sign no change machine front desk had on quarters the staff was not very helpful WILL NOT STAY AGAIN

To start out with the front desk girl was not very friendly. Where has customer service gone. The price was right, but the room was not very clean, the pillows were very flat, and the tub leaked. It just needed some TLC> I really do expect a lot more care. The management needs to give more time to clean or hire a staff that cares. I've worked for years in the service industry and there are people who can do a good job.

We will choose to stay in American Best Value over Super 8 or Motel 6. We love they offer bagglers for breakfast. Too bad our neighbor was very noisy chit-chatting in front of our room. It seems like the room has been nicely updated and spacious.
