  The room reeked of bug spray. the receptacle for the refirgerator plug was faulty and my food ruined. there were three people doing the check-ins with two mostly confusing ...

  the room reeked of bug spray. the receptacle for the refirgerator plug was faulty and my food ruined. there were three people doing the check-ins with two mostly confusing things. the pool looked green. the free continental breakfast consisted of tiny muffins on a platter with no serving utensil, dry cereal in plastic storage containers, a pitcher of milk. coffee was served and refilled. the resturant had way too many tables and chairs squeezed into a narrow space. there was no literature about area sightseeing and attractions. my stay was during a weekend hummingbird festival attended by over 8,000 people yet there was no info about it or any other area attractions.
