My family traveled there for spring break in 4/09. Complete Disaster!!! The elevators didn't work, the water didn't work for three days...no showers & no sinks. The cable was out for two days. House keeping didn't show up for five days. Never clean towels in the room or at the pool and beach. We have traveled all over the carribean and never stayed at anything near as bad. The beach staff was too busy playing on the water sports themselves to let any guests use it. We baught the premium package and only one bar carries premium liquer and it's only open five nights. during the day your on your own. They ran out of premium beer(corona) after two days and never got any in the rest of the week. Service was nonexistant. We set our own tables at dinner, got our own water and wine. Tha jamaicans move at there own speed which is fine for them when they arn't working at a resort. I was told multiple times "you come back in couple hours" which translates to forget about it, it's never gonna happen. Front desk service was rude and nonresponsive. Overall horrible resort

We purchased our all inclusive package. Great flight. Check in was a little slow but to be expected from what I read. Our room was upgraded to a cottage. Very clean, we asked not to be disturbed to clean unless the sign said so. Did this with no problem. Beach, was raked daily and very clean and safe. My Husband rented a jet ski and loved it. Food, I'm a very picky eater and did find things to eat at every meal. Breakfast was the best everyday. Pancakes, bacon, yogurt, cereal etc. Pool cafe served hotdogs, burgers, nachos jerk chicken etc. Was all very good. Drinks were plentiful and strong. Do bring a mug with you as they will fill it over and over again. This is not a 5 * resort. If that is what you are looking for do not go here. We had a fabulous time and plan on returning in 2010 with our daughter. I can't wait to go back.

From the day we checked in it went down hill from there, as we waited to check in the clerks ignored us and other customers as they flirted with persons with (day passes). After checking in we went to our room and it was sub-par many little things didn't work, such as the closet doors, dresser drawers, and the hot water knob. We then went to the beach and found it dirty and unkept, lots of garbage and seaweed that never seemed to get cleaned during are week we stayed. We wanted something to eat at the pool bar, it took one hour and when our food was done the staff gave it to some of the day pass people. The day pass is for locals who are allowed to use the resort, they were the ones that were treated very well not the people who were there on vacation. Many times they were out of beach towels and didn't appeared to be very clean at all. After our room was cleaned they forgot to provide bath towels, called to have some delivered never recieved them, found a maids cart an took them myself. Don't waste your money find some where else to stay.

We had connecting rooms for our family of 5. They were basic rooms, but we were expecting that due to info we had seen on the property. They fit our need and were nicely cleaned every day. The restaurants were good. The beach beautiful, pool fun (especially the pool in the pool!), and the trapeze awesome!! Everyone from 11 -41 had a great time!!!! We did the snorkeling tour and also spent a day in Ocho Rios. The vendors never bothered us and were respectful when we said ""no"". We took many walks along the beautiful beach. Would definitely go again!

I stay at this property on 4/30/2009 - 5/03/2009 the kids enjoyed the activities but the food they didnot really touch. I enjoyed the activities but the dining room staff need to be more readily available to serve, as I had to always call when I needed anything. Also they need to clear mess quicker. The room attendant need to be more friendly and she also need to tighten up on cleaning the rooms.
