  I have been making regular trips to the Chicago area for the past 10 years. Having been shut out of my normal hotel in the loop, I chose this one. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly & helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

  Stayed 4 nights. Room size was good and the place was clean. Staff was helpful. On-demand shuttle bus and CTA rail (with visitor pass) worked out great. Toured mainly the downtown area and no cars were needed. Should be aware that the commute to downtown was about an hour (including the shuttle time) and the room walls could be 'thin' when the hotel was full. Otherwise, highly recommended.

  We were in town for a wedding in the Southside area. The hotel was a great location. Early check in was great, our flight arrived at 9am and were in our room before 10am. Very helpful. The hotel parking was safe, everything was great. Next time we visit family in the Southside of Chicago we would stay here again.

  We had reservations at a different hotel that would not accomodate us with early check-in so before we drove to Chicago, I called looking for another hotel. This hotel was extremely helpful and welcoming on the phone so we changed our reservation. Service was excellent, room very nice, clean, but biggest asset is the front desk staff. Went out of their way more than once for us. Pool area nice, but pool is very small. Business center nice and helpful. This would be my first choice on this side of town.

  HIlton Garden located near airport, has shuttle to airport and then train downtown--3 day visitor's pass is $12, hooks up with free trolley downtown which takes you all over. Boat tour is a must!
