Staff employee X went above and beyond in helping us with accomodations. We had trouble with reservations made on the internet with another location in Driggs. He made some calls to find us a place to stay and was able to find us a room a few blocks away at same price. Room was available for early check in , which allowed us to put our luggage away and not miss any of our precious vacation time. Good location away from the traffic and reasonable driving distance to Tetons, Jackson Hole and Yellowstone.

The water heater was out for half our stay. But worse was our earwig infested room. We killed over a dozen our first night including the one that fell on my pillow in the middle of the night. We asked they spray before night two since every room was booked in town. It was obvious that nothing was done when we returned as we started our second sleepless night swatting the walls and floors. Finally at 2:00am after several complaints and no action, we took our three young children to the next closest hotel 70 miles away, calling it a night at 4:00am.
