  Everything about the GDM Megaron hotel makes me want to go back as soon I get the chance to return to Crete..but also recommend it without any hesitation!From the wonderful staff at the check-in to the housekeepers this hotel far exceeded my expectations. The bar and restaurant serve amazing food, whether you want to try traditional cretan cuisine or something more mainstream. The location and the atmosphere were just perfect!

  We arrived late at night and there was no one to help us with luggage. the girl at the desk was very nice and to a degree made up a ...

  We arrived late at night and there was no one to help us with luggage. The girl at the desk was very nice and to a degree made up a lot for that- I still wish that someone would have told us that the main museum there was closed for renovation when we asked for directions to get there. Knossos was a saving grace to the trip.
