    I would not recommend this hotel to any one!!! i had the worst experience ever.. . from the moment i walked into this hotel i meet with an unfriendly staff... the ...

    I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANY ONE!!! I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.. . FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED INTO THIS HOTEL I MEET WITH AN UNFRIENDLY STAFF... THE HOTEL NEEDS ALOT OF RENOVATING.. . OUR BEDS HAD BED MITES, WE LEFT THERE WITH THE WORST RASH. THE FOOD WAS OKAY, ALTHOUGH YOU CANT TELL IT HAD BEEN SITTING OUT FOR AWHILE, IT HAD FLYS IN AND AROUND THE FOOD WHICH DIDNT MAKE IT TO APPETIZING TO EAT BUT WHEN THATS THE ONLY THING AVAILABLE TO EAT YOU MAKE THE MOST OF IT. THE BATHROOMS NEVER HAD SOAP TO WASH YOUR HANDS LET ALONE PAPER TOWELS TO DRY THEM. THE FLOORS ARE EXTREMELY SLIPPERY. I CAUTION PEOPLE TO BE VERY CARFUL WHEN WALKING IN AND AROUND THIS HOTEL. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE CONSIDERING A STAY HERE..

    Front desk personnel & hotel manager unprofessional & not friendly. no a/c in lobby, lounge or restuarant. a/c in the rooms could use some fixing. the floors are extremely slippery. ...

    FRONT DESK PERSONNEL & HOTEL MANAGER UNPROFESSIONAL & NOT FRIENDLY. NO A/C IN LOBBY, LOUNGE OR RESTUARANT. A/C IN THE ROOMS COULD USE SOME FIXING. THE FLOORS ARE EXTREMELY SLIPPERY. THE OUTSIDE RESTROOMS NEED LOTS OF WORK, WATER LEAKS EVERYWHERE WHICH MADE THE FLOORS VERY SLIPPERY, THE TOILETS LEAKED AND THE RESTROOMS COULD USE SOME CLEANING LET ALONE RENOVATIONS. NO SOAP IN THE SOAP DISPENSERS, PAPER TOWELS WERE DAMP. THE BUFFETS HAD FLYS IN & AROUND THE FOOD. THE FOOD WASNT THE BEST. HAD UPSET STOMACH FOR DAYS. I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU BRING YOUR OWN SNACKS FOR YOUR TRIP AS THE SNACKS IN THE HOTEL LOBBY ARE SUPER EXPENSIVE. OVERALL THIS HOTEL WAS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED AT ALL. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS HOTEL. I HAVE TO SAY THE BEACH WAS BEAUTIFUL! THAT WAS THE BEST PART OF MY TRIP OTHER THAN THE MASSAGES BUT A BIT PRICEY.

    No A/C in the lobby, no A/C in the restaurant or lounge, birds eating the food that you are going to eat in the outside buffet. Front desk personnel very rude not friendly unprofessional. Bathroom shower broken, bathtub stained, bed mattress old, dirty sheets . Had to walk 4 blocks to get to the beach. Food was good. Manager was professional and tried to help. Overall it was not what I thought it was going to be. Very dissapointed. Does not recommned this hotel at all.

    The beach and ocean was beautiful. The pool was very nice. All the staff were friendly except for the front desk. We really had a problem with the food. It is not good at all. We mainly ate the italian dishes which were not too good. The ice that they made the drinks with at the bar gave us a very upset stomach. For the price, the place was good. Just take alot of snacks with you or you will be hungry.
