One of the best Holiday Inns I have ever stayed at. The Priority Club perks were great. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking to have a good time at the PNC Bank Art Center and also wants to go to the Jersey Shore with out paying those crazy Jersey Shore prices.

viewed the hotel and saw many windows and doors extremely smeary. some mold in tubs on viewed rooms,no mattress pad or covering over box springs on beds.person i made appt with wasn't there, so the boss took me for the walk thru for possible wedding guests booking. .

Management cancelled our 7 rooms on the day of my cousins wedding due to overbooking. they did not attempt to find us another place to stay, claiming that everything is "" ...
Management cancelled our 7 rooms on the day of my cousins wedding due to overbooking. They did not attempt to find us another place to stay, claiming that everything is ""booked"" (we drove to the Best Western within 5 miles and found rooms), the General Manager Wendi Miller refused to talk to us at first and we had to go up to her office and bring her down to even speak with us. Worst Customer service experience EVER! STAY AWAY- they can cancel your reservation at anytime and ""it's not their policy to notify you""
