Well lets begin with the part where I asked for a non-smoking (King bed) room with a decent view of the bay and got a smoking room with a view of the bay. After asking politley for a non-smoking room that I originally asked for I got a (double queen) non-smoking room with no view. Secondly, the room was never cleaned. I doubt that fresh linen was ever used for my stay and I cringe at the fact that there was not fresh linen there when I began.. The room was never cleaned as was evidenced by the cup marks left on the table after days of using it. If you all rememeber the expose of hotels not washing their guests drinking cups? Well this hotel is front and center on this one. I noticed a strange stickiness on the cup I used the night before so I washed the second cup with soap and water before I used it. I then marked it with soap to see if it would be washed. After returning from my room I noticed a smear on the cup and realized it was the soap I had used to mark it. Now a little water might have done the trick to clean it after all it was soap. However, no clean glass. Lastly check out time was just as bad. They tried to charge me (which I admamantly refused to pay) for two identical movies none the less and they said, (get this) they were ordered at 12:30 am I had already been asleep. I was then gazed upon with a great deal suspicion. In conclusion I can say that this hotel is not worth the money. Terrible service, terrible cleanliness, and bad business all around. I'm going to get my money back!

MY STAY WAS SHORT(OVERNIGHT), BUT THE OVERALL STAY WAS VERY GOOD. I WAS ESPECIALLY PLEASED WITH THE EASE OF CONNECTING TO THE INTERNET IN MY ROOM AND NOT HAVING TO GO THE BUSINESS CENTER OR LOBBY TO CONNECT.

Overpriced rooms, center stage was removed so no entertainment unless you pay to see the featured artist in the concert venue, service desk was rude. I was very disappointed and was expecting much more since Hollywood took it over and renovated it. The food at the buffet was disgusting. Frozen and had a freezer burned taste to it. I actually slipped and fell in the buffet line and was laughed at by the staff instead of being helped up. Slots were unbelievably tight. Left miserable and with a sore hip and wishing I had just stayed home.
