THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL EVER IN UNITED STATES! IT WAS A NIGHTMARE! FULL OF COCKROACHES ON THE BEDS & FLOOR (ALL NIGHT YOU WONT SLEEP THINKING WHICH ONE WILL ENTER YOUR EARS), COULD GIVE SPIDERMAN A COMPLEX AS THERE ARE SO MANY WEBS! A/C WONT WORK AND DONT TRY THE FAN COZ SOME INSECT OR BUG WILL FOR SURE COME GIVE YOU A WELCOME YOU NEVR EVR WANTED! AS FAR AS A APOLOGY - (NO SORRY IN THEIR DICTIONARY)THEY SAID THE CLEANING LADY IS NEW -HOW NEW CAN ONE BE TO THINK SPIDERWEBS ARE DECORATION THINGS! THEY RIPPED US $* - (I HOPE THEY USE SOME OF THAT TO CLEAN UP )

My husband stayed here to attend a motorcycle show, a clean place to stay was all he required. The hotel was filthy. Walls were dry rotting in bathroom, this non smoking room had cigarette butts on the floor! The door knob was barely usable...so much for secure. The room smelled terrible. The blanket on the bed was visably dirty to the point where he removed it from the bed and put it in the corner of the room, where it remained even after they had "cleaned" the room.
When he attempted to locate someone to complain, there was no one at the desk even after he leaned on the buzzer for 10 minutes! The only time he saw someone from the hotel was when he checked in. This place is worse than terrible~ minus 5 stars!!
