  Nice location, beautiful scenery, the Cumberland Falls was great. The cottage that we stayed in was in a duplex style building. The walls were a little thin. We could hear things from the other unit and the tub didn't drain well. The bathroom was small. The beds were OK. Overall, it was still better to stay at the resort than to drive in from an off site motel thru the winding road.
  Dining choices at the resort resturant was limited, but good food.

  Not close enough to cumberland falls to walk, but very convenient. plenty of hiking trails. restaurant was very affordable with excellent service and food. keep an eye out for the ...

  Not close enough to Cumberland Falls to walk, but very convenient. Plenty of hiking trails. Restaurant was VERY affordable with excellent service and food. Keep an eye out for the racoon. He seems to roam around the patio day and night. The only issue we had was ants in the room. They were everywhere except the refrigerator. We did keep our snacks in the car. Would have appreciated an extra towel, also.
