  Located within walking distance of town, Western State College and shuttle to ski. Safe and secure, parking outside the door. Friendly and I mean friendly folks. Pool and hot tub are clean!! but you have to walk outside to get to it. There are bathrooms to change in so it is not a problem. The breakfasts were very nice..eggs, sausage, waffles, great coffee (and I am a coffee snob) fruit, juice etc. Very quiet even with lots of kids staying there..good sound proofing?

  After riding motorcycles all day thru rain & cold, this motel was a
  Great surprise. Clean! Quiet!, and didn't have to worry about the bikes, as we could park outside the room. Will be back.

  The staff was very friendly, the room was immaculate, and we just loved the extra sink separate from the bathroom. The jetted tub was a great experience, and we liked how large the bathroom area was. The bed was very comfortable as well! All our needs were taken care of without even asking. The breakfast was delicious!
