When first walking into the room the bathroom door was busted and the handle was hanging off of the door which it didnt matter that much to us until we get ready to lay our children down to bed and we notice there were bugs all over the bed and one bite my mother who was staying with us and we also noticed that our children had bites on them when we told the service desk about this they told us it is our responsiblity to make sure the next room they gave us was bed bug free. When we asked to seak to a manager we were told we had to wait until the morning. When the morning came and we talked to the manager he said they were aware of this problem and they thought that it was taken care of but when we asked if they checked before puting us in that room they told us no they hadn't. I would not stay there ever again!

We were tired and didn't have any reservations as we headed toward Chicago. This didn't look too bad from the outside and the lobby. We rented a room with a jacuzi. The toilet didn't work, we asked them to fix it before we took the room. They did, but it continued to give us problems. The jacuzi, a/c, and tv remote did not work. When we complained, they gave us a token discount (despite the prominent sign saying 100% satisfaction guaranteed) and said the manager would call. He never did, despite our repeated calls. -

10/14/2007This convenient off rt 90, but 1st room left uncleaned, switched rooms, had to get towels from desk, room partially cleaned the 2nd day, no towels available, no blanket available, ...
This convenient off Rt 90, but 1st room left uncleaned, switched rooms, had to get towels from desk, room partially cleaned the 2nd day, no towels available, no blanket available, too late to switch rooms. outside doors always open, some floors wet, tile very sticky and dirty, (Bare feet from pool... no way) old blanket stuffed under leaking ice maker, abandon furnature and AC / heater units in hall & laundry areas. Outside unkept. Run down. Contacted unconcerned manager. "Just switch rooms!"
Maybe, if I got 5 rooms I could find one that wasn't too dirty and find enough towels and blankets for 1 room. Very dissappointed in management responce. Property and halls are very unsecure. back doors always open. No surveilance. However the night staff was pleasent. Will not stay there again. 8/07 -

The hotel was disappointing, probably because the prior traveler rated it well. Issues: the front desk clerk had a child with her, who carried on the whole time, including during breakfast, which was right next to the main desk. The halls on the first floor need more lighting and an update. The exterior of the hotel looked dirty. Front desk personell were very friendly.
