  We were on the 2nd floor and big foot stayed above us on the 3rd floor. we complained about the noise to the front desk and their response was "sorry, ...

  We were on the 2nd floor and Big Foot stayed above us on the 3rd floor. We complained about the noise to the front desk and their response was "sorry, he is a big man"???? Upon check out, I again complained that I wanted an adjustment on my bill for the inconveniences we experienced. No help, manager never around. I called Choice Hotels and they sent them a letter of concern. Then I finally heard from the Manager by a letter that stated I could have been moved but refused to do so , therefore they are not responsible to give me a credit on my stay. This hotel is VERY noisy, built with wood floors instead of concrete. Don't stay here, the management only cares about getting their money, not about the comfort of their guests.

  They booked a youth group on the third floor,we were on the second they jumped off beds,etc.three calls to the front desk and we got no resolution. ...

  They booked a youth group on the third floor,we were on the second they jumped off beds,etc.Three calls to the front desk and we got no resolution.They finally stopped at 2am and was back up and running at 7:30am.When I complained in the morning it was the same thing.""they are just kids."" I wanted compensated for a horrible night and got nothing but a certified letter saying sorry,hope you'll come back.NO WAY! I called Choice Hotels, they were sorry for what we went through and sent coupons to stay at any Choice Hotel.

• Nice hotel but a little pricey

  Great breakfast selections; new, clean hotel; large rooms. needs better sound-proofing between rooms--can hear everything. good service. some amenities missing from room upon checking in (tissues, toilet paper).
