  The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, done in midnight blue and white with soft lighting. It was very relaxing. The bathroom was large and tile work was beautiful. The amenities (soaps etc) were extra nice. I wish we could have spent more time in Bergamo, but only one night and flying out the next day. We would definitely stay there again. It was a great bargain for a first class room. Oh yes, the bed was very comfy.
