    The motel is a 10 plus. Room was clean, large room, bed comfortable. The service was very good. We will definitely stay here again. It is close to shops in Manitou and also Old Colorado Springs. Also close to Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. We felt very safe staying here.

    I have stayed at the Eagle hotel before, and I can't imagine I'll ever stay anywhere else in Manitou Springs. The staff was friendly, and went above and beyond in their efforts to make our stay a smooth one. The rooms are clean, roomy, and secure. To top it off, the rates are the most reasonable in town.

    The hotel is rather old, but it was clean and comfortable. the parking lot is pretty cramped, but i'd stay there again.

    This motel was very clean, up-to-date, peaceful,and friendly. If you needed directions, meal suggestions or anything the owners were there to help you. And the view of Pikes Peak was beautiful.
