Our flight was canceled so I called to cancel our reservation, it took 3 times with the supposed owner and 3 times with Wyominghotels.org to get anywhere, never did. The owner that barely spoke English gave me the runaround and finally hung up on me !! Totally disgusted with both the hotel and reservation outfit. They charged a one night room rate to my card which I guess is legal but every hotel I have talked to both in Wyoming and here in New Hampshire wouldn't do if a flight is canceled and we wouldn't know when we would be there if at all.
